Data we process

This website has no user registration and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you email us, call us or fill in the contact form.

Through the form we collect your name, your email address and your message, which are required, plus your company and phone number if you choose to provide them. The submission goes from your browser to api.consteltec.com, a service of ours hosted on group infrastructure, and produces two emails: the internal notification we receive and an acknowledgement addressed to you.

To prevent automated use of the form we temporarily hold in memory the IP address it was sent from, only for as long as needed to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to any database and is not linked to your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use that data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the commercial or contractual relationship. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us of your own accord, our legitimate interest in replying, or performance of a contract where one exists.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. The technology providers supporting our email and infrastructure act as data processors within the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data by writing to hola@consteltec.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. It only stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage so the site is shown in the language you chose.
